Sharaf Art Printers respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application SHARAF ART PRINTERS, package name com.sharafarts.printers.artsharaf (the App), handles information.

The current version of the App is designed to work primarily on your device. Depending on the features you use, the App may allow you to enter or create:

• Profile details, such as your name, email address and telephone number.

• Shipping details, such as recipient name, delivery address, province, city, postcode and delivery instructions.

• Shopping information, such as selected products, quantities, colours, design-template choices, favourites, cart contents and local order history.

• Support communications that you choose to send to us by email.

Profile, shipping, favourites, cart and order information entered in the current App is stored locally on your device and is not automatically transmitted to Sharaf Art Printers by the App.

The current release of the App is not designed to collect or transmit:

• Precise or approximate device location.

• Contacts, call logs or SMS messages.

• Camera or microphone recordings.

• Photos, videos or files from device storage.

• Advertising identifiers for personalised advertising.

• Health, biometric or financial-account information.

• Credit-card, debit-card or online-banking credentials.

• Passwords or authentication credentials.

The App does not currently include advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit user data off the device.

Information stored locally in the App is used only to provide the features you request, including:

• Displaying and managing your profile.

• Remembering shipping details when you choose to save them.

• Managing favourites and cart quantities.

• Showing selected designs and product options.

• Creating local order summaries and order-history records.

• Helping you prepare an order or contact Sharaf Art Printers.

If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, provide support, discuss a product or order, resolve a complaint, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share user information with advertisers or data brokers.

Because the current App does not automatically transmit locally stored App data to us, that data normally remains on your device. Information may leave your device only when you deliberately use an external service, such as choosing to send an email through your email provider.

We may disclose information that you send directly to us only:

• To service providers that help us respond to your request, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

• When required by applicable law, court order or lawful government request.

• When reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, security or property, or to investigate fraud or misuse.

• As part of a business reorganisation, merger or transfer, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

The App may open or rely on services provided by your device or another application, such as an email application. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Google Play may process information relating to downloading, installing, licensing, security and operation of Android applications under Google's own policies. Sharaf Art Printers does not control Google's independent data practices.

Locally stored App information remains on your device until you delete it through an available App control, clear the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage normally removes locally stored profile, address, favourites, cart and order-history information.

The current App does not create an authenticated online user account. Therefore, there is no remote App account to delete.

Information that you send directly to us, such as an email or support request, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We may retain limited records where required by law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information that you have sent directly to us by emailing info@sharafartprinters.site. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information that we receive directly. Local App data is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security controls of your device.

No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, using a secure screen lock and keeping your operating system updated.

The current App is designed to request only permissions needed for its disclosed functions. It does not require access to location, contacts, SMS, call logs, camera or microphone for its present features.

If a future version adds a permission or feature that accesses personal or sensitive information, we will update this Policy and provide any in-App disclosure and consent required before the data is accessed.

The App is a general shopping and printing-services application and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current App.

If you believe that a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate. If the App is later marketed to children or included in a child target audience, we will apply the additional protections required by Google Play and applicable law.

If you contact us using an email or other third-party service, that provider may process information in countries other than your own. Any information we receive directly will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction concerning personal information that you have sent directly to us.

You can control locally stored App data by editing or deleting records in the App where available, clearing the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices or legal requirements change. The revised Policy will show a new Last updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the Google Play listing or our website where appropriate.

You should review this Policy whenever a new App version adds online ordering, user accounts, payments, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, artwork uploads or any other feature that changes how data is handled.
